A young woman of 20, Sepsinia is not at all well looking. Pale and gaunt, with huge dark circles under her eyes that no amount of makeup can hide, she is withdrawn and quiet. Despite her appearance, she has no other signs of illness, such as cough or fainting spells. Unmarried and seemingly uninterested in such things, her overbearing mother Parthena has been trying to find a suitable match for her, without any luck. She remains close to her mother while at social events, quietly and politely avoiding conversation.
The party met Sepsinia at the Tanager Jubilee with her mother. Artorious offered to take her on a walk through the garden, which caused her to have a fear reaction. Artorious inspected the Palace garden and found nothing unusual, leading him to believe another garden may be the source of her anxiety.
The party was able to figure out the source of her affliction, the undead form of a former suitor, Opilio, who committed suicide after being rejected. He charmed her into going into the hedge maze and with his bite, cursed her.
After a short time, the party decided to try and recruit the young woman to the cause. After a compelling speech by Sylviel, she jumped at the chance to make a difference and joined the party as an agent. She can use her skills and cover as a landscape painter to make images of terrain or structures, or to provide imagery for propaganda.
