A fetchling jester and member of the Brotherhood of Silence cult of Norgorber. He often posed as an entertainer to enter noble houses.
He was in charge of the Brotherhood of Silence at the Dignified Repository where they hoped to ensnare more allies of Princess Eutropia. He was surprised and pursued into the safehouse, where he was knocked out and apprehended.
