Zarkol is the gnome castellan of Baron Okerra’s castle estate. An expert in engineering and a former member of the Taldan Horse, he has recently become fascinated with firearms and their applications in siege warfare.
Zarkol was met at the Okerra estate. He offered to assist the party with their own firearms.
