Acamas is the son of Phillipos Rallis, the tribune of Sotto. A bright young man, he was sent to study in Cassomir and has only recently returned to Sotto. Unlike most in Sotto, he is educated and erudite.
Acamas is also a skinwalker. However, unlike the others in his family, he has never manifested a bestial form, instead only having the ability to converse with wolves.
