A mysterious masked person who is rumored to be working with the Kozan Bravos, Earl Merkondus’ group of troubleshooters.
The party encountered this person at the Sanguine Brothers slaughterhouse, and they appeared to be working with the pairaka divs. She unfortunately escaped after the leader of the divs charmed Alyx, and took Alyx with her.
Alyx managed to escape but learned a horrible truth. This person looked very much like herself. Enough that they could be twins.
The serial killer Evangelina is indeed the twin sister of Alessandra. Whatever occurred in her life to turn her evil is unknown, but the extent of her crimes are horrific and bloodcurdling. She attempted to rescue Earl Merkondus from his execution, but was discovered by the vigilance of Alexander.
In the resulting fight, she was knocked unconscious. Rather than let such a person live, Alyx caved her skull in. Her body was then soaked in holy water and burned in the fire the party set to destroy the Sanguine Brother’s slaughterhouse. Undead had already risen in the building, and nobody wants her or Earl Merkondus rising as undead.
