Andreas Andreou is a guide assigned to the party by the Mercantile Council for the duration of their stay. He is a bright and knowledgeable young man best described as an “upstanding citizen”.
The party is being guided by him, rather effectively at that, as he has guided them to Savories, the Palace of Flowing Silks, and the Sanguine Brothers slaughterhouse.
However, it turns out that Andreas has a twin brother, Phillipos. They switch out who is watching, and were able to accompany both parts of the party. This was revealed under a zone of truth.
