Gregia Hamble is the Secretary of the Mercantile Council, and as such is a very influential person in Yanmass. She sets the agenda for the monthly council meetings, and manages the councilor’s schedules for Council business.
The party met her at the Commerce Hall, where she revealed the existence of the “Gospel Mutilator”, a brutal serial killer who is preying on the city. She had a friend who was a victim, and is disgusted by the Council covering it up.
