Despina, known to the people of Sotto as “Mother” is an old lady with a great deal of wisdom. As the hamlet’s wise woman and healer, she is well loved by all and most in Sotto turn to her in times of need.
Like her son, Phillipos, she is a skinwalker. She did not directly assist the party, but she did put her son into a difficult position and force him to aid them.
