The head of the Lion Blades, the mysterious Master of Shadows. Dominicus Rell is a full-blooded Azlanti with multi-colored eyes that seem to bore into you. He is legendary in Taldor for seeming impossible feats, such as pulling off an assassination on a person hiding in an Abadarian vault. Some say he can walk through walls, and others say he can kill with just his eyes.
Whatever the truth, it is clear that Rell is an intimidating and dangerous man. The party encountered him at the Kitharodian Academy, when he interrupted the briefing on their final test to challenge them to fulfill all the normal requirements.
