Iphalt-C is an arbiter inevitable, the least of inevitable-kind, but still valued contributors to the smooth functioning of Axis. Iphalt-C is the overseer of the Hall of Final Deeds and coordinates the care of the grounds and building.
She was met by Vanessa when she visited the Hall of Final Deeds. The arbiter informed her about the sinkhole in the building and the impending attack by creatures from underground, and Vanessa brought the party to the Hall just in the nick of time. Finding Iphalt-C in the grip of a gravesludge, they saved her and then defeated the motley crew of weird monsters poised to assault the Hall of Final Deeds.
