A – Alabaster District
The richest and most affluent district of Magnimar, the Alabaster District is full of grandiose manors and villas, but few shops and other services.
B – Capital District
Artisans ply their trades here, while the city government meets in this area to govern the city. Many prominent citizens can be found here, patronizing the luxurious shops, or making their presence known to the lord-mayor or the Council of Ushers.
C – Naos
Much of the Naos district is inhabited by merchants and well-to-do families, most considered ‘new money’ by the wealthy old families of the city. Well-kept, Naos is more welcoming than the walled Alabaster District.
D – Dockway
Dockway is the beating heart of Magnimar, where the bulk of shipping to the city comes to trade. Foreign merchants, sailors, and visitors spend plenty of their hard-earned money here, while opportunists of all kinds prey on the unwary.
E – Lowcleft
At the bottom of the Seacleft is the vibrant district of Lowcleft. Entertainments abound in this area of the city, where artists come to work, play, and live their outrageous lifestyles.
F – Beacon’s Point
The district of Beacon’s Point is raucous and loud, filled with noisy businesses such as brothels, taverns, and warehouses. While poorly maintained, the district is incredibly important to the life of the city, despite the disdain held for it by the city’s richest citizens.
G – Keystone
Much of the middle-class of Magnimar, the shop-owners, the minor artisans, and the staff of most of the businesses that make Magnimar rich, live here in Keystone. Most of the holy buildings are found here, among the modest townhouses.
H – Ordellia
Across the mouth of the Yondabakari River is Ordellia, a small district filled with those of foreign origin. Often called the “Mush”, it stands in contrast to Magnimar’s professed open-mindedness.
