Philagomi is a phistophilus, or contract devil, an agent of Hell who specializes in infernal contracts. She is an emissary to Duskfathom, as many devils and mortal agents of Hell do business with followers of Norgorber. She was found in the Lost Silhouette. She had been caught sneaking into areas with prisoners and trying to get them to sign contracts so she could spirit them away to Hell.
During the fight, she took no sides, but seemed to prefer the party’s victory. Afterward, she offered to draw a map, and to even follow behind to help, but not fight. She also offered to convey the petitioner Titus to Hell, where his alignment dictates he should be.
She also showed a great deal of excitement at meeting Alessandra, whose adoptive ancestor had become a contract devil after death, mainly due to the exquisite contract he brokered to grant his family luck. He, Karolos Vasileiou, had even personally mentored Philagomi before she graduated to phistophilus.
