Phillipos is the Tribune of Sotto and one of it’s most respected citizens. A skilled hunter, his strengths don’t lie in administration but the tiny hamlet has little need of such skills.
The party met him in Sotto while seeking Arete Sittas. They realized quickly that he was hiding something. It was discovered that his family carries a weak version of the curse of lycanthropy and are skinwalkers.
The lycan-born that bit his grandfather continues to torment his family, forcing them to do his bidding and even at times offer human sacrifice.
