Rhundle Navin is a banker in Yanmass and a secondary member of the Mercantile Council. He is a Loyalist, one of the most vocal on the council. He recently disappeared, and his whereabouts have been unknown.
The party found him under the control of the pairaka div Soraya. He attempted to fight the party alongside her, but his lack of combat skills made him little more than an annoyance. He survived and was freed from her mind control.
